1.食醋催眠：有些人长途旅行后，劳累过度，夜难安睡，可用一汤匙食醋兑入温开水中慢服。饮后静心闭目，不久便会入睡。
2.糖水催眠：若因烦躁发怒而难以入睡，可饮一杯糖水。因为糖水在体内可转化为大量血清素，此物质进入大脑，可使大脑皮层抑制而易入睡。
3.牛奶催眠：牛奶中色氨酸是人体八种必需的氨基酸之一，它不仅有抑制大脑兴奋的作用，还含有能使人产生疲倦感觉的作用。它是体内不可缺少的氨基酸之一，一杯牛奶中的含量足够起到使人安眠的作用，可使人较快地进入梦乡。
4.水果催眠：过度疲劳而失眠的人，临睡前吃苹果、香蕉等水果，可抗肌肉疲劳；若把桔橙一类的水果放在枕边，其香味也能促进睡眠。
5.面包催眠：当你失眠的时候，吃一点面包，能使你平静下来，催你入眠。
6.小米催眠：小米除含有丰富的营养成分外，小米中色氨酸含量为谷类之首。中医认为，它具有健脾、和胃、安眠等功效。食法：取小米适量，加水煮粥，晚餐食用或睡前食用，可收安眠之效。
7.鲜藕催眠：藕中含有大量的碳水化合物及丰富的钙、磷、铁等和多种维生素，具有清热、养血、除烦等功效。可治血虚失眠。食法：取鲜藕以小火煨烂，切片后加适量蜂蜜，可随意食用，有安神入睡之功效。
8.葵花籽催眠：葵花籽富含蛋白质、糖类、多种维生素和多种氨基酸及不饱和脂肪酸等，具有平肝、养血、降低血压和胆固醇等功效。每晚嗑一把葵花籽，有很好的安眠功效。
9.莲子催眠：莲子清香可口，具有补心益脾、养血安神等功效。近年来，生物学家经过试验证实，莲子中含有的莲子碱、芳香甙等成分有镇静作用；食用后可促进胰腺分泌胰岛素，进而可增加5 羟色胺的供给量，故能使人入睡。每晚睡前服用糖水煮莲子会有良好的助眠作用。
10.大枣催眠：大枣味甘，含糖类、蛋白质、维生素C、有机酸、粘液质、钙、磷、铁等，有补脾、安神的功效。每晚用大枣30～60g，加水适量煮食，有助于入眠。
11.促眠饮料：取洋葱100g切片，浸泡在600mL烧酒中，1星期后取出。以洋葱酒10ml，牛奶约90ml，鸡蛋1个，苹果半个榨汁。调和后，于睡前30分钟饮用。
12.莴笋催眠：莴笋中有一种乳白色浆液，具有安神镇静作用，且没有毒性，最适宜神经衰弱失眠者。使用时，把莴笋带皮切片煮熟喝汤，特别是睡前服用，更具有助眠功效。

昨天是情人节,也是我认识PANDA以来一起度过的第三个情人节,很开心能和他一起度过,也很欣慰我能找到他–一个非常好又可爱的爱人!:P:P:P
收到了他为我订得红玫瑰,夹着几支我非常喜爱的香水百合,非常的漂亮!红艳艳的玫瑰令我想到我们火红的爱情,香水白合的清香令我心旷神怡!更加特别得是在美国这边买的花他们还带有花瓶送给你,我的花瓶是一个大红的透明玻璃瓶,颜色很亮,也带有过年的喜庆,真是很漂亮!以前在苏州时,PANDA送我的花是没有花瓶的,所以收到花后我经常要去找花瓶把这些花插起来,现在这边省事多了,连花瓶都帮你配好了!当然除了花,还有礼物,他送了我一条带有紫色挂坠的项链,很小但是很秀气,我很喜欢!:p不过可惜的是我没有给他准备任何礼物,因为在这边我人生地不熟,也不知道去哪里买礼物送他,下次补上吧!:roll:对了,还请我吃了大螃蟹,味道不错哦!
情人节的前一个周末,他带我去了MAGIC MOUNTAIN玩,说也算是情人节的礼物!听他说那里有世界上最大最多也最刺激的过山车.去了那里才知道果然是名不虚传!我是非常喜欢玩过山车的,因为它给我刺激、惊险得感觉，也是对我勇气的挑战！当它在空中翻转360度，又打了几个转，然后再向下俯冲时，给你一种濒临死亡的感觉，但是如果你够勇敢，你就可以直面这种感觉，你就可以克服恐惧感！你就会玩得很开心，很过瘾！整个一个“爽”字！但是因为PANDA小时候玩过山车时受过惊吓，所以他一直都很害怕，在去得路上，他一直说，honey,you know I love you,right?好像给人一去不复返的感觉，真得像是上战场一样！嘴里一直嘀嘀咕咕，说什么为了我才去的！总之，他的感觉是痛苦的不得了，而我却是迫不及待，开心！兴奋！
但是，PANDA不负我重望，终于在玩得过程中克服了他对过山车的恐惧感，敢于坐上去了！更加令人意外的是，他竟然坐了一遍又一遍，还敢把手举起来，比我都厉害了！真是孺子可教也！他变勇敢了，他征服了自己对过山车的恐惧感，I am so proud of him!哈哈，以后就有人陪我一起坐过山车玩了！I am so happy!:)):));D;D
其实坐过山车的感觉很好，它看起来很可怕，但是实际上它并没有那么可怕，只要你勇敢一点坐上去，它就会很好玩，你可以大声叫出来，把你的恐惧喊出来，当你那么做得时候，你会发现你的压力没了，你的恐惧没了，实际上它是很好玩，会令你很放松的！:>>
朋友们，都去试试吧！其实这不失为一个减压得好办法哦！:))

:D昨天是星期六,PANDA开车带我和小猴子跟着他的上司一家去了加洲的一个不知道什么名字的地方.那里有个SAND DUNE,远远看去,像座白色的山,走近了,才知道原来是个沙丘,好漂亮,映衬在蓝天白云下,就像一幅画,白色的沙丘令蓝天显得更蓝,而碧蓝的天令白色的沙丘显得更白.
吃过午饭,我们背着CAMEL BAG就开始登沙丘,阳光明媚,微风轻轻吹在我们脸上很舒服,一点都不像冬天.走着走着,我觉得我的脚步越来越沉重,PANDA看上去也不行了,而且他那天穿的鞋子不太好,鞋子前部是网状的.所以很多沙都从他鞋子前部的网格里跑到他鞋子里面去了.正巧那时我看到有个老外光着脚把鞋子拎在手里朝我们走过来,我就对PANDA说你也把鞋子脱掉吧,走起来一定会很轻松.;D他犹豫了半天,估计穿着有沙子的鞋子太不舒服了,终于脱掉了!没想到脱掉鞋子是很舒服的,因为那个沙子又细又软,简直就像沙滩旁边的沙!到最后,我也脱掉鞋子在沙地里走,因为那个沙看起来实在太令人舒服了,尽管我的鞋子是很好的,一点沙都没进到里面去.光脚踩在沙上特别轻松,沙子的表面被阳光照得暖暖的,而你踩下去后,下面又是凉凉的感觉,好舒服啊!有种回归自然的感觉.:P
而在这里我要特别一提的是在我们返回的路上,PANDA表演的超级搞笑前滚翻.JOHN他们一家以前来过这里,所以等到我们到一处沙坡很陡的地方时,他们说要从这里跳下去会非常好玩,因为即使你摔倒,也是倒在非常软的沙上,所以没事.接着我们一一跳下去,但是都不成功,好像都是用脚跑着下去的.只有轮到PANDA时,才令我知道什么是真正的好笑.我站在坡道下边看着他先起跑,然后冲刺跳下来,只见他顺着坡道滚了几圈后,突然又弹了起来,然后又倒下,又开始滚,真的像极了一个皮球,滚滚滚,咚地一下跳起来,又开始滚滚滚.我当时看得简直就笑趴下,笑得差点接不上气.一个会滚的熊猫就在我的眼前诞生了,哈哈哈:))
事后我非常后悔的是当时没有把他录下来,只顾得笑,否则就会有一个超级搞笑的短片了.现在想起来,我还是要忍不住笑出来,难怪JOHN说我睡觉了想到这个也会笑醒,因为实在是太搞笑了,真的是难以用我的有限的词汇来形容出来的,哈哈哈~~~~:))
今天这个搞笑天王去朋友家看美国的football了,而他又错过了一顿丰盛的晚餐,因为他妈妈今天晚上蒸了大螃蟹来吃,个大味美,鲜死我也!实在是人间美味啊,好吃好吃~~~;D
